konzertsaal / weiss areal, neu-ulm.germany

during the late 60s to 80s, konzertsaal (concert hall) used to be the very performing space/club in the ulm/neu-region for rock bands of fame and lesser known. it was the the place where we used to hang out or play gigs there. during the last 15 years or so, the konzertsaal successfully hosted one of the few independant theater groups of ulm/neu-ulm. but that's it, the building will be pulled down later this year, making space for slick and expensive new appartment buildings. nostalgic retro-spection...

'guzheng & nuzheng miniatures' is an ongoing music recording project, where i upload experimental guzheng music, using the chinese traditional acoustic string instrument guzheng, an 8 track hardware live looper and various effect pedals.

i re-arrange and re-design the recorded live loop tracks, exploring the sound files and creating re-defined songs/pieces/variations/compositions. it's an alchemical process of re-fining sound-matter.

unfortunately we had live stream problems and were not able to proceed as intended.
the new delhi gang had great music/dance/visuals performances at the lokayata art gallery, hauz khas village.

we enjoyed a good fun sunday afternoon here in ulm.

with sheela raj's dance performance ASAP and hot rocking young bhoomika dancers at the 3rd Nardendra Sharma Festival of dance, shri ram auditorium, new delhi, india, tomorrow evening 8pm local time. if you are in delhi, come and watch.
